Who we are
advAisor is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, registered at {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
If you have any questions about how we handle your data, write to {{PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL}} and a member of our team will reply.
What this policy covers
This policy covers www.advaisor.am and the consultation, free audit, and first-partner program forms published on it.
It does not cover services we deliver to clients under a separate contract. Those are governed by that contract and, where personal data is involved, by a data processing agreement.
What we collect
The application form collects your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, website or social page, team size, described problem or goal, selected answers, site language and selected offer: consultation, express audit or full audit. You may optionally provide service-specific details: communication channels, approximate enquiry volume, or website status and purpose.
We also record your acceptance of this policy and the version you accepted, so we can confirm your consent later.
Required and optional fields are marked in the form. A business link, team size and phone number are required for all three offers.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any special category of data such as health, biometrics, political opinions, or religious beliefs. Please do not include information of that kind in the free text of an enquiry.
This site includes Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics. It does not use third-party cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or social media trackers, and we do not build an advertising profile from your visit.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Why we process it
We process the information in your enquiry in order to answer it, to prepare the consultation or audit you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submitted the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not make our earlier processing unlawful, but it does mean we stop processing and delete the data we hold.
Protecting the form from abuse
To prevent automated abuse, we limit the frequency of requests. Your IP address is combined with a random secret generated in memory and then hashed with SHA-256. Only the hash is held, only in memory, and only for fifteen minutes. This form-protection mechanism does not write your IP address itself to a database or log file.
The forms also contain a hidden field that people never see. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded as automated.
Failed deliveries are logged so we can tell a misconfiguration from an outage. Those logs record the reason and the provider status code, never the contents of your enquiry.
Who else handles it
Vercel Inc. provides hosting and visitor analytics for this website. Resend delivers inquiries to us by email. Zoho Corporation holds our mailbox on its European infrastructure. Each provider processes data under contract with us and may use it only to provide the relevant service.
Some of these providers are established outside Armenia and the European Economic Area. Where a transfer takes place, it relies on the provider's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails until you ask us to delete them. There is no fixed period, because an enquiry may lead to a working relationship that continues for years.
If you would like your enquiry removed, write to {{PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will delete it and confirm that we have.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our processing, or ask for it in a portable form.
Write to {{PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL}}. We answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
Each version of this policy carries a version date. When you submit a form, the version you accepted is recorded with your enquiry, so it is always clear which terms applied.
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you before the change takes effect.
